Founded in 1980 by local families, NATO creates an environment where people living with a disability can flourish and grow. NATO gives people with a disability and their families and carers quiet of mind. We are dedicated to providing convenient, suitable programs and services that will confront your needs and goals. As a longstanding, proactive organization in the Nepean region, we are involved in many community events that bring the rights, needs and abilities of people with a disability to the public consciousness. Our team can breathe life into your Odis plan, enriching your goals with their ideas, passion and experience. We also value the families and carers and the vital role they play in supporting people with disabilities. They help with coordinating and planning of services and supports and scheduling of the persons urge plan to face their goals. He brings commercial experience and a personal passion to supporting people with disabilities and providing them with the same opportunities as anyone else in the community. nil has run his own business consulting steady since 2005 and has a broad range of experience helping trivial and lenient sized businesses develop. She is particularly interested in how services can support the rights of people with disability, enabling adults with disability to have increased handle of their life whilst recognizing and nurturing positive, supportive family relationships. Owen has a range of experiences in banking, accounting, business strategy, relationships and mentor building and is invested in creating awareness of people with disabilities in our area, while making sure that access issues are solved in tomorrow directions for the CAD, adopting and analyzing the Odis objectives, especially implementation for our clients and NATO, while advancing partnerships and opportunities for people living with a disability in our region. She has been a Board member for 15 years and is dedicated to helping NATO thrive in supporting people with a disability. Rhonda is a mighty support for people with disability and carers, ensuring that their voices are heard. Our programs recognize the importance of family, friends and the community the people who make a significant difference in life. Inspiring believing in our vision, seeking to change attitudes and make our community a better place for all citizens. NATO was developed by local families who came together with a common goal of improving social and economic opportunities for their children with disabilities. More than 30 years later, we’re still as passionate about making a genuine difference in the lives of people with a disability and their families. That’s why we have become such a trusted disability service provider in our local community. However We can only do what we do with your support! NATO’s Fundraising Committee is a little but passionate group of staff and community representatives who reach together every month to labor on fund raising events that contribute to the quality of our services and supports. For years we’ve tried to fit her into the available disability services, but they could never confront her unique needs. With urge from our family and NATO she has become less remote and more confident. With support from NATO, Michael has taken more control of his life.
