We run specialty Cake Decorating classes throughout the year. From there you will use a variety of decorating tips to make stars, borders, flowers and pipe messages. In the event that we do cancel or defer a class, anyone booked in will be issued with a refund or shop credit. All classes must be paid in stuffed to secure your store in the class. Bookings are essential, as there is limited places available. The course runs for two hours, once a week, for four weeks. Learning to ice a cake with fondant, make flowers, and create effective borders using fondant and gum paste are fair some of the skills you will learn in this course. Using mainly royal icing, learn to pipe many types of flowers. The course runs for two hours, once a week, for three weeks. We have a confirmed all day class scheduled. You will only need to bring basic equipment. Lunch and morning tea will also be provided. Confirmation of times will be based on majority of interest. Maximum of what you will need will be provided, you will only need to bring basic equipment.
