It got a bit of dust inner a scanty times but then so did the car. The toolbox never once leaked dust or water. We managed to put a trivial hole in the fore of the water tank somehow but it was up near the top and we fair put some duct tape over it and it is quiet there. I spent over a year shopping before actually putting the money down. Highly recommended to anyone behind a camper trailer.
