Board Subcommittees The Board utilizes a number of Subcommittees to support it in matters which require more intensive review. During 2015 the Board had the succeeding seven sub Subcommittees in place: Board Executive Subcommittee This Subcommittee consists of the Chairman, and Deputy Chairman, who confront monthly with the CEO to maintain a steady communication arrangement between the Board and CEO and discuss issues such as Panthers key result areas, strategic and business planning and other crucial corporate issues. Remuneration Subcommittee The Remuneration Subcommittee assists the Board by ensuring that Panthers remuneration policies and practices fairly and responsibly reward executive management having regard to their performance, the law and the maximum standards of governance.
