The cottages are fully self-contained and are serviced daily. All their cottages are serviced daily and all linen is supplied. Panthers Group is one of the largest group of clubs in MSW, comprising 6 licensed venues as healthy as the Penrith Panthers NFL team. Each Panthers' venue offers a safe, community focused venue with a myriad of leisure, lifestyle and hospitality experiences. Panthers Group has a combined membership of over 124,00 and employs over 650 staff.

The Clubs within the Panthers Group (Panthers) truly are the heart and soul of our community. Throughout the year, Panthers has delivered donations to an array of charities, sporting organizations and community groups through our Club Grants handle and other contributions. The showpiece of Panthers’ community encourage is the much lauded Panthers on the Prowl community development bottom for children and their families from across the Penrith region. The Board of Directors The Board of Directors is accountable to the members for the overview of the financial management, viability and performance of the Panthers Group. The Board meets formally at least 12 times each year, and also from time to time, to deal with specific matters that require attention between scheduled meetings. As part of this commitment, Panthers has an internal Code of Conduct to guide board members, executives, management and employees in carrying out their duties and responsibilities. Board Subcommittees The Board utilizes a number of Subcommittees to support it in matters which require more intensive review. During 2015 the Board had the succeeding seven sub Subcommittees in place: Board Executive Subcommittee This Subcommittee consists of the Chairman, and Deputy Chairman, who confront monthly with the CEO to maintain a steady communication arrangement between the Board and CEO and discuss issues such as Panthers key result areas, strategic and business planning and other crucial corporate issues. Remuneration Subcommittee The Remuneration Subcommittee assists the Board by ensuring that Panthers remuneration policies and practices fairly and responsibly reward executive management having regard to their performance, the law and the maximum standards of governance. As a passionate Panthers supporter, he would like to repay Panthers with his time and energy in focusing on continuing growth of the Panthers Group. Over 30 years’ experience in administration of sporting bodies. Extensive experience in business management and marketing with passion for operational and structural development whilst accepting the importance members play in the growth and vibrancy of Panthers.
