Stowe was contracted to yield a design and build solution for the Power services, Lighting services, Communication Services and finally the Security services for the center and major tenants. The Security services installation included a new access regulate and intruder detection along with a new AP based CCTV system to replace the existing system. Stowe Australia completed this installation on time during which the center continued to operate at packed capacity. Works Executed under the contract comprised of the supply, installation, testing and commissioning of the total electrical and communications services installation, whilst integrating with existing infrastructure in a active hospital environment, including: Stowe also provides DMD with an electrical communications' installation service this service can range from the installation of a single power point all the way through to the supply and delivery of the total infrastructure required for a multistory building. All the fresh buildings require fresh electrical sub main cables, fiber optic backbone cable for the computer network, copper backbone cable for the telephones and a security network cabling for the security system. In each isolated building, wall mounted 19 cabinets were provided to house the patching and energetic equipment. Active Equipment: Included in out contract was the supply and installation of a large amount of D Unite network equipment (switches, transceivers etc). Fabrication, construction installation and finishing of over 4 kilometers of purpose built mufti slick cable pathways, and over 2 kilometers of standard cable tray, located both at high glossy and in lower plenum space. In spite of the surplus 10,00 hours needed to build the Data center, the whole contract was completed on time, with praise from the client. The project comprised of a new 6 deposit building to accommodate offices and facilities for the Law Faculty, and a new 3 deposit building accommodating teaching facilities and associated circulation spaces. Two levels of underground basement vehicle parking are also provided, along with associated plant areas and lift motor rooms throughout the diverse building areas. The greatest achievement on this project was the planning of all the pathways, conduits and cabling to achieve the desired requirements in concealing our labor in all areas due to the vast amounts of exposed concrete beams, inaccessible ceiling spaces and the negotiation of limited ceiling space with other services. The key project features that Stowe has delivered across the project included the following: The facility is an 11,00m2 purpose built data center facility built in 1982. The Data center has undergone a major electrical capacity upgrade delivered in two stages. Another significant aspect of the construction works was the client’s requirement to maintain the integrity of the existing and fully functioning Data Halls without loss of supply during the remediation process to last overall integration, commissioning and handover of the project works. We also took on the task of updating and maintaining the installation guide, which ensures consistent levels of service are provided across Australia. The labor comprised of the lighting design, supply, delivery, installation, commissioning, quality assurance, testing and Certification of the electrical services. The JV was contracted to design, select, supply, install, test and commission the DH electrical communications services and installation which is arranged in four effectively self-reliant sections: The Systems installed by Stowe Australia for the project consisted of the succeeding installation, termination and commissioning scope of works as follows: As part of the AV system Stowe Australia was contracted to receive delivery and build four elevated transportable buildings total with a fresh i
